Hello, I am Candice Storck at Seattle Wellness Group. I am a Chiropractic Assistant and recently came across an anecdote about a patient who was being treated by a chiropractor who had heartfelt passion for climbing mountains and enjoying life. After reading it, I really felt touched by his story and I thought I would share this with everyone reading our blog. Here is an exert of this story:

"This patient was provided Chiropractic care that included high-velocity/low-amplitude chiropractic adjustment based upon applied kinesiology manual muscle testing, soft tissue trigger point therapy, exercises, and stretches. The patient demonstrated improvement in the range of motion after the first treatment session. By the eighth treatment, he was able to fully straighten his arm. Three years later, the patient reported that he was able to mountain climb and that his arm was fully functional and pain-free."

Although this story was much more in depth of what chiropractic was able to help him with, I thought I would share the fact that he was able to fully recover from his injuries without surgery and was able to express his full life potential again through chiropractic care!

I also recently went to hike up Mount Baker here in Washington State and I discovered how much chiropractic has been able to allow me to enjoy being in the outdoors. I was able to climb and endure the intensity of the mountain peak due to the increased range of motion, strength, mobility, flexibility and all around wellness that Chiropractic was able to provide for me. I don’t think I would have been able to perform this at a 100% without the help of chiropractic at Seattle Wellness Group. The above image of Mount Baker was taken on October 23, 2016 and it meant a lot to me as it was a prize for being able to accomplish this feet.

Have you been in so much pain where it’s hard to enjoy life? I’m not just talking about being able to climb a mountain but as well as being able to bend over to pick up your grandchildren, play golf with friends or just enjoy the natural beauty of this earth. I urge all those who are currently under chiropractic care to continue their care however for those folks who have not yet experienced the power of chiropractic, to go and seek one by going through a thorough consultation and detailed examination so that you can also live your life to the fullest and at your maximum capacity.
